How to Sell
How Suzanne turns a free Reel into $135
Rendy Spotlight: Suzanne Luttig
Suzanne started Timeless Nebraska Media in Omaha (website) in 2013 — now a 4-person team shooting around 200 homes / year.
She did something really interesting that I wanted to share with you guys...
Suzanne offers Rendy as a standard add-on ('Rad Reels'), but her most effective strategy is different. She gives agents a free Just Listed reel to start. Then, a week later, she follows up.
"I follow up a week after it is live and see if the listing is going through stages and sell more."

If it's gone pending, she sells them a PENDING reel. When it sells, she sells them a SOLD reel. Each stage of the listing is its own sale — another touchpoint, another opportunity. "Client reactions have been very strong — some agents are seeing close to 5,000 views. When agents see how effective the reels are, many also add drone coverage, which adds another ~$150." My personal take: as real estate photographers, we tend to treat every listing as a single transaction. It doesn't have to be. If an agent didn't order video during the checkout process, there's a strong chance they will when the listing has been sitting on the market for 30+ days with no real offers. If automating your editing and workflow was the theme for 2026, the theme for 2027 is automating your follow-ups to sell additional media. Virtual staging, drone, photo-to-video renders — the shoot is just the starting point. See my full convo with Suzanne below 🙂

Q: Tell us about your background — how many shoots do you handle and what does your team look like?
I complete around 200 shoots per year. My team consists of myself, two contracted photographers, and an admin in the Philippines who I’m training to assist with production.
Q: How do you add Rendy — is it an upsell or built in? How do you position it?
I started it as an upsell, but I’m now building it into some packages. I position it as an affordable video marketing tool that gets attention on listings and helps drive buyers to the property. I tell agents: “This is a great way to market your listing. You need to stand out and strengthen your branding. This gets eyes on your listing and buyers in the door.” My admin also creates a 4-second branded intro for each agent in Canva using a template, which adds another personal branding touch.
Q: What results have you seen — any impact on revenue, client reactions, biggest win?
These typically add $65 to $135 more per shoot, depending on the package. 1 Reel: $65 — FOR SALE. 3 Reels: $95 — FOR SALE, PENDING, SOLD. 6 Reels: $135 — full sequence. If I give a listing a free reel as an introduction, I follow up a week later to see if the listing has moved to a new stage and sell them the next one. Client reactions have been very strong — some agents are seeing close to 5,000 views. When agents see how effective the reels are, many also add drone coverage, which adds another ~$150.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who isn’t using Rendy yet? How should they start?
My brand is built around telling the story of every listing. There is always a reason for the sequence of images — even a staircase or hallway becomes part of the story. I tailor each reel to the seller and the likely buyer profile. Agents who market themselves differently are winning more listings, and their fast sales help build their reputation. The platform makes it easy to deliver that, and the results speak for themselves.
