How to Sell
How Benjamín increased his AOV by 40% with Rendy
Rendy Spotlight: Benjamín de Elizalde
Benjamín runs Tu Piso en Fotos (tupisoenfotos.com) in Madrid, Spain — 1,200 shoots a year, 3 photographers and a VA handling post-production.
He offers Rendy as an optional add-on, priced below traditional video. The result?

80% of clients who request video choose Rendy. And every time one does, his average order value increases by 40%. "More than 50% of our clients choose at least one add-on, so it's become a significant source of additional revenue for our business." His VA creates each video in 5–10 minutes. Almost no additional workload. "Creating a video takes our VA only 5–10 minutes, and rendering errors or AI hallucinations are extremely rare, making the workflow incredibly efficient." "Our clients are consistently impressed with the quality of the videos." "I still know many real estate photographers who don't offer video because they don't feel confident creating it. What many of them don't realize is that Rendy makes it easy to offer a professional-looking video with very little effort, and most clients are perfectly happy with an AI-generated result because the quality is excellent." Our full conversation with Benjamín de Elizalde
Q: Tell us about your background — how many shoots do you handle and what does your team look like?
We complete around 80–100 property shoots per month, which adds up to approximately 1,200 shoots per year. Our team consists of three photographers and one virtual assistant, who handles part of our post-production workflow.
Q: How do you add Rendy — is it an upsell or built in? How do you position it?
We offer Rendy as an optional add-on rather than including it by default. We price it lower than a traditional real estate video, and that's been a great strategy. Around 80% of the clients who request a video end up choosing the Rendy version, because only a small percentage are willing to pay significantly more for a traditional video.
Q: What results have you seen — any impact on revenue, client reactions, biggest win?
Rendy has increased the average value of our shoots by around 40% whenever a client adds a video. More than 50% of our clients choose at least one add-on, so it's become a significant source of additional revenue for our business. Creating a video takes our VA only 5–10 minutes, and rendering errors or AI hallucinations are extremely rare, making the workflow incredibly efficient. The biggest win is being able to offer an additional premium service that generates meaningful extra revenue with almost no additional workload. Our clients are consistently impressed with the quality of the videos.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who isn’t using Rendy yet? How should they start?
If you're not using Rendy, you're probably spending too much time or money editing videos and missing opportunities to increase your average revenue per client. I still know many real estate photographers who don't offer video because they don't feel confident creating it. What many of them don't realize is that Rendy makes it easy to offer a professional-looking video with very little effort, and most clients are perfectly happy with an AI-generated result because the quality is excellent. If I were starting over today, I would start offering AI-generated videos from day one instead of trying to learn traditional video production first. It's one of the fastest and easiest ways to add value for clients while growing the average value of every shoot with almost no additional workload.
