How to Sell
How Sam is using Rendy to get booked more
Rendy Spotlight: Sam Isaac
Sam does 450 shoots / year solo (website). Every client gets a Rendy video. It's not an add-on — it's just part of every shoot..
"I'm actually getting booked more just because I include these videos. To agents, they see it as a bonus — something extra."

"Agents love the extra value and the reels. Rendy makes it easy. When they share it, other agents see it, and it brings me more business." See my full convo with Sam below

Q: Shoots/year? Team size?
I handle about 450 shoots a year mostly solo, with help on bigger projects.
Q: How do you add Rendy? Upsell or built in? How do you position it?
I just include the social media video in my standard offering. When clients book my usual packages, like photo shoots and video bundles, the social media video is already part of the pricing. It's essentially built-in, so they get it automatically when they go with my main services. I'm actually getting booked more just because I include these videos. To agents they see it as a bonus or something extra. Rendy is integrated right into my pricing. I tell agents it's a bonus. I'm already taking the photos, so for $15, I produce extra content from what I shot.
Q: Extra per shoot? Total earned? Any other impact (e.g. more video upsells)? Biggest win? Client reactions?
I earn a minimum of $279 to $379 per shoot, sometimes up to $1,200. Agents love the extra value and the reels. Rendy makes it easy. When they share it, other agents see it, and it brings me more business. They're grateful, and it sets me apart since not everyone includes this. Everyone enjoys an extra bonus. When agent's book me for a cinematic video, I have been using the landscape orientation option. I've been charging $265, so it cost me $15 with Rendy, and I sell it for $265 with a $250 profit. For the social media video, I usually included automatically, but for cinematic video it's 265, and Agent seemed to love all the AI features.
Q: What would you tell someone not using Rendy? How would you start today?
And not just that, but Rendy offers really cool, trendy video setups. In short: It's worth it!
